One of my favorite restaurant in Windsor. Nice, cozy and calm place for dine in. The quality of the foods are absolutely high. The price is a little high but it worth it. Staffs are respectful but not always as friendly as you might expect. The view of the restaurant is unique and peaceful. They also serve some local beers that I recommend.

Armando's Pizza - A Family Review (Our quest to find the best pizza in Windsor) Review #6 (See Maestro's Pizza for review #5) $28 for 12 slices and 2 cans of coke. Armando's is right on Riverside and I'm sure during warm months is a nice location to dine in at. The inside is modern and has an atmosphere of class to it. Picking up take out is off to the side. Staff were friendly and my order was on time. Daughter 7 - Neutral (Side thumb) Son 17 - (harsh critic) Pre taste - 9/10 Cheese - 7 Sauce - 6 Crust - Rarely eats Overall - 7 Wife - (Relaxed critic) Pre taste - 10 Cheese - 9 Sauce - 6 Crust - 7 Overall - 8 Dad (Neutral critic) Pre taste - 10 - The pizza literally looked perfect in my opinion. Cheese - 7 - The cheese doesn't really stand out too much. Sauce - 7 - Same as the cheese. Some slices, the sauce was lacking. Crust - 6 - The pizza barely has a crust. Like a bed without a pillow. Not too bad though. Overall - 7 - I came in expecting Armando's to be one of the top contenders to have the best pizza in Windsor. At one point they may have. The pizza is pretty good. Definitely not the best spot though. Armando's is a good choice if you're in the area and don't feel like searching or going somewhere farther than you're willing to. The price is average. I would recommend Armando's if you want decent pizza for a reasonable price. I would not recommend it if you're looking for the best option. Final Family Score - 73%

Very nicely surprised. Noticed from social media that they had an outdoor patio facing the river and Belle Isle. We have gone to Armando's in the past for special events and it was good but it was pizza, pasta and salads. This location has a whole new level with delicious sophisticated entrees, appetizers and salads plus they still have Pizza. We were with our friends and decided to get each a different dish. Service was great, food was beautifully prepared, presented and tasty. We will definitely go back to try out other dishes in their menu. Give it a try you will like it.

Have come here a few times and their pasta dishes never fail to impress! Portion sizes are generous and some meals you can pick between different pasta sauces. Next I’d like to try their pizza!

Amazing Cesar salad. (Not on menu). Great local Craft brew on tap. Pizza is incredible. Such fresh ingredients on amazing thin crust and wood fired. Soooo good. Staff are so friendly and patient. Lots of parking. Highly recommend. Is probably even better in the summer when patio over looking river is open.
